CAN AN ORDER BE CANCELLED ONCE IT HAS BEEN PLACED?

You can cancel an order that has already been placed if it has not entered the processing and transit stage. To cancel an order, please contact us.

If you are unable to cancel your order because it has already entered the processing and transit stage, you can return any unwanted items to us after you receive them as per our return policy.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN, EXCHANGE, AND REFUND POLICY?

Your complete satisfaction is very important to us. Unless otherwise noted, you may receive a refund or exchange for any item that you purchased within 30 days of your original invoice date.

Exchanges and refunds will be processed after we receive your return. You will be credited or refunded the price that you paid for the item plus any sales tax that you may have paid. Shipping costs are not refundable. We charge a 15% restocking fee.

Please note: all returns must be packaged in the original shipping box and packing material to avoid damaging the product during shipment. Any item returned without original box and packaging risks a damaged product which we will not be able to issue a refund on.
